Location: Onsite in Warsaw

What you will do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client support queries via multiple channels, meeting established SLA response times.
  • Provide application support within the hirify.global platform for cash management, payments, and financial transactions.
  • Drive customer success through proactive problem resolution and clear guidance.
  • Analyze and resolve product issues while maintaining case metrics for duration and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalated issues and document solutions for continuous service improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving customer journeys and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor junior support consultants and participate in a Sunday shift once every two months.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer support/customer experience role.
  • Strong initial Treasury knowledge on SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with cloud-based service (SaaS) deployment and support.
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, Italian, French).
