What you will do

• Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Experimentation, Engineering) to craft groundbreaking user experiences.
• Understand user problems and identify key opportunities for users and the business.
• Establish and maintain the design system, manage the roadmap, and ensure timely project completion.
• Champion business interests through design-informed decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders in the design process and foster a resilient design team and culture.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in designing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and responsive web interfaces.
• Experience with justifying design decisions based on product goals, user needs, and data.
• Ability to work with insights from user research and data analysis and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with designers, product managers, analysts, researchers, and engineers in an iterative environment.
• Experience across the entire design process, from ideation and concept development to implementation and handoff.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design processes, approaches, and outcomes.
• Native-level Polish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher are required.

• Experience in designing for the e-commerce industry.
