What you will do

• Lead the UI team through 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development across regions.
• Set design vision and roadmap, aligning with product and business strategy in senior forums.
• Drive hirify.global Design System adoption, governance, and alignment with modern standards.
• Set standards for research, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation; run critiques and reviews.
• Partner with Director of Retail Technology, Product Owners, Engineering, and stakeholders.
• Shape design operations including tooling, rituals, handoffs, and QA processes.
• Champion user-centered thinking with research and analytics in decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years in UX/UI design, 3+ years leading teams; portfolio of complex B2B/enterprise platforms essential.
• Proven people leadership in hiring, growing, retaining designers, and building team culture.
• Experience scaling design systems with governance and adoption strategies.
• Strong stakeholder influence at Director/Head level to drive alignment.
• Excellent Figma skills, user-centered design, accessibility, UI best practices.
• Turning complex workflows into intuitive interfaces for responsive/adaptive surfaces.
• User research, analytics interpretation, agile environments, developer handoffs.
• Fluent English (written/spoken).
