Integrated Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Integrated Designer (Fintech): Creating digital, print, and social content for a finance client, managing projects from brief to completion with an accent on client brand guidelines and specified timeframes. Focus on innovative creative solutions, combining traditional design methods with the latest AI and automation technologies to ensure excellence across all projects.

Location: Must be present in the OLIVER office in Farringdon 3x per week.

What you will do

• Produce designs/ideas to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion.
• Positively influence clients with creative input, undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.
• Proactively champion the use of AI and automation to enhance execution and delivery wherever possible.
• Create inspiring and exciting content for print, digital, and animated assets across all channels, including social, digital, CRM, print, and events.
• Prepare slide decks to present ideas and get approval on final executions.
• Evaluate and monitor investment industry trends, researching industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence.

Requirements

• An innate creative flair, strong sense of design, and concepting skills across multi-platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
• Experience in digital, print, motion graphics, web design, UX-UI, and production.
• An understanding of how to work across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn), web design, UI design, and storytelling.
• Previous experience working with a Finance, B2B client, and/or a regulated industry is an advantage.
• 6 + years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience using Pencil would be an advantage.
• An interest in leading and developing as a manager within the team.
