What you will do
- Lead the development, design, and creation of high-quality visual assets for all internal communications channels.
- Manage the full creative production of quarterly all-employee Company Meetings and internal building branding for 8 sites.
- Provide clear briefs and creative direction to a Junior Video Editor for internal content.
- Oversee filming and post-production to ensure high-quality video output.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business and partner with various teams.
- Simplify complex messages into clear, compelling visuals and create impactful materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of brand design, typography, layout, and composition.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Apple apps (Keynote).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, managing complex priorities with a solutions-focused approach under pressure.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
