📋 Description

• Build and evolve core production infra for the accounting platform.
• Design end-to-end systems that scale with customers and remain reliable.
• Collaborate with accountants and engineers to evolve data models and interfaces.
• Own problems from discovery to shipped solutions across the customer base.
• Design modular systems with guardrails for data integrity and behavior.
• Lean into AI as a force multiplier; explore tools and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–7+ years of full-stack engineering on small, high-impact B2B teams.
• Strong fundamentals across modern backend and frontend systems.
• Systems thinking: API design, data modeling, reliability.
• Product mindset with sound tradeoffs judgment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and self-direction.
• Strong collaboration skills; in-person teamwork in San Francisco.
• Bonus: experience with financial systems, ledgers, or accounting workflows.
