🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years frontend engineering with architecture ownership
• Deep React and TypeScript experience in complex products
• Strong systems thinking across components, state, APIs
• Proven track record raising engineering standards
• Comfort in a dense, data-heavy domain
• Clear technical judgment and confidence to apply it
