What you will do
- Lead the development, testing, and debugging of new and existing composable design system components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand product requirements and align technical decisions.
- Lead discussions to ensure technical requirements are clearly communicated and proactively identify challenges, proposing scalable solutions.
- Set an example in code reviews by evaluating code quality, architectural alignment, performance, security, and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, including building web components with TypeScript and React.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and non-technical cross-functional partners.
- Ability to continuously learn, share knowledge, and mentor developers within and outside of your team.
- Must be eligible to work remotely from the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Prior experience building and maintaining Design Systems.
- Prior experience working across web and mobile platforms.
