Salary: $153,000–$214,000 USD (USA) or $144,000–$202,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Lead the development, testing, and debugging of new and existing composable design system components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand product requirements and align technical decisions.
• Lead discussions to ensure technical requirements are clearly communicated and proactively identify challenges, proposing scalable solutions.
• Set an example in code reviews by evaluating code quality, architectural alignment, performance, security, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including building web components with TypeScript and React.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and non-technical cross-functional partners.
• Ability to continuously learn, share knowledge, and mentor developers within and outside of your team.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Prior experience building and maintaining Design Systems.
• Prior experience working across web and mobile platforms.
