What you will do

• Drive business strategy through data by translating business problems into analytical frameworks and connecting data across multiple functions.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments to establish causal relationships and measure impact.
• Serve as the strategic data science partner to leaders across Marketing, Product, and Finance.
• Partner with data engineering and platform teams to ensure reliable, scalable data pipelines and tracking instrumentation are in place.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and self-serve tools to democratize access to insights across cross-functional teams and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a proven record of applying advanced analytical methods to drive product and business growth in SaaS or financial technology companies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in causal inference techniques, statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design.
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and other analytical tools, with practical experience using data visualization platforms.
• M.S. or Ph.D. in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
