What you will do

• Lead hands-on research at the intersection of multimodal AI and immersive sensory experiences.
• Invent and advance next-generation interactive and sensory technologies.
• Drive projects that enhance multimodal content creation, delivery, analysis, and rendering systems.
• Guide, grow, and mentor a high-performing team of researchers.
• Define research roadmaps in partnership with ATG leaders and align resources to global initiatives.
• Partner closely with hirify.global’s Business Groups to translate research breakthroughs into real-world products.

Requirements

• Proven research experience in multimodal AI, generative AI, computer vision, and audiovisual analysis.
• Strong record of innovation, including patents and publications with first authorship in top conferences.
• Proven experience deploying AI systems at scale in production environments.
• Demonstrated C/C++/Python programming and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and inspire research teams.
• 8+ years of relevant research and industry experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU/CPU architectures, embedded systems, and SoC platforms for ML/AI deployment.
