Salary: $136,900 - $269,150 USD

What you will do

• Lead the development of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions to address semiconductor manufacturing and yield challenges.
• Develop and deploy LLM and Generative AI applications to enhance engineering productivity and knowledge discovery.
• Analyze large-scale manufacturing datasets to identify yield detractors, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines, analytics frameworks, and AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Yield Engineering, Process Integration, and Manufacturing teams to solve complex technical issues.
• Establish best practices for AI model lifecycle management, software quality, and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, etc.).
• 6+ years of industry experience in Data Science, ML, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry focusing on manufacturing, process, and yield challenges.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and SQL for developing production-quality analytical solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects with measurable business impact.

Nice to have

• Post-graduate degree in a STEM-related field.
• Experience with Generative AI using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI architectures.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Experience developing APIs and microservices.
• Background in Yield Engineering, Process Integration, or Foundry operations.
