What you will do

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents for healthcare, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to deployment and iteration.
• Partner with healthcare leaders to understand challenges and build AI agents that transform operations at scale.
• Navigate healthcare complexity, including integrations across EHR and patient access platforms.
• Guide the evolution of hirify.global's core platform based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
• Builder's mindset with high agency to overcome obstacles and ship.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient/member experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or working with healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI).
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
