What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for complex product initiatives, simplifying highly technical workflows.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system and reusable UX patterns, ensuring accessibility and usability.
• Directly manage a small team of UX designers, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and providing coaching.
• Manage designer workload, capacity planning, and prioritization while maintaining strong UX Jira hygiene.
• Strengthen collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership, integrating UX early in roadmap definition.
• Support documentation, governance, and reusable patterns to increase design leverage and platform scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX or Product Design.
• 1–3 years of formal people management experience with direct reports or team leadership.
• Experience designing complex B2B or developer-facing products.
• Experience managing team workload and collaborating within Jira-driven engineering environments.
• Strong interaction design, systems thinking, and advanced information architecture across complex product ecosystems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience contributing to or scaling component-based design systems.
• Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
