Salary: $146,000–$165,000

What you will do

• Oversee the user experience of a product from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, driving consensus with effective storytelling.
• Design at a system level, improving and expanding components within design systems.
• Deliver high-quality designs with simple, intuitive user flows.
• Give and solicit feedback to continually improve the product.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience designing digital products (web or native apps).
• Experience in interaction (UX) design and UI design, with strong visual design skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process.
• Experience with Figma.
• Strong prototyping skills.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Engineering.
• Must be based in the U.S. and the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

• Experience with or openness to AI design workflows.
