Salary: $230,400–$425,000

What you will do

• Detect, investigate, and disrupt abuse and harm using complex datasets.
• Develop and iterate on abuse signals and investigative methods to scale efforts and reduce manual work.
• Build and maintain lightweight technical solutions (e.g., SQL/Python data pipelines, templates, dashboards, internal utilities) for harm domain investigators.
• Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global's products, data systems, and enforcement mechanisms.
• Communicate investigation findings effectively to internal stakeholders.
• Rotate into an incident response role for rapid threat triaging, investigation, and mitigation.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least two domains (e.g., agentic AI misuse, automation, encryption, terrorism, fraud, violence, child exploitation, data science, dashboarding, API abuse, product exploits, prompt injection, distillation).
• 5+ years of experience investigating and mitigating abuse in a relevant domain.
• 2+ years of relevant technical projects.
• Must be open to remote work within the United States.
• Ability to work in PST time zone.
