What you will do

• Oversee content editing and review, managing offshore and freelance editorial teams.
• Manage publication production, including layout and finalization for print and digital formats.
• Apply basic HTML for structured web content and assist in CMS publishing.
• Coordinate revisions, version control, and file organization, maintaining templates and layout consistency.
• Track projects, deadlines, and contractor output, ensuring quality control and process documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in content production, publishing, or editorial management.
• Experience managing offshore or remote editorial teams.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience preparing and editing PDFs for publication.
• Working knowledge of basic HTML (formatting, tags, structure).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
