Development Architect: Participating in the definition and validation of technical guidance with an accent on architecture principles, styles, policies, and standards. Focus on making architectural decisions that impact on the entire distributed Payments platform.

What you will do

• Participate in the definition and validation of technical guidance.
• Coach and Mentor engineering staff in the effective and pragmatic application of software design principles and coding best practices.
• Contribute to the definition of technical strategy and formal architecture delivery roadmaps.
• Make architectural decisions that impact on the entire distributed Payments platform.
• Verify code quality and implementation alignment with design decisions and platform guidance.
• Participate in coding activities that are in support of design outcomes - up to 50% of the time depending on the project.

Requirements

• Knowledge of software design principles and coding best practices.
• Experience in architecture and design activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
