Requirements

• Strong experience in designing and building solutions for Digital experiences using contemporary Cloud-Native architectures.
• Experience with Public Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) with a sound understanding of Cloud Architecture concepts.
• Ability to shape, influence, and lead Architectural outcomes for a mid-to-large organization with demonstrated stakeholder management.
• Good technology knowledge across domain-driven models, API and event-based architectures, microservices, event-driven design, hybrid cloud deployment models, DevOps CI/CD, modern data paradigms, and cybersecurity.
• Sound awareness of emerging technologies, their maturity, and potential business application.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven success in establishing a culture of continuous improvement and driving innovation.
• Breadth of experience in architecture within a regulated industry and complex organizations with large customer bases.
