Data Management Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Data Management Analyst: Driving oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies with an accent on setting standards, policies, and practices for data flow, framework, access, documentation, quality, and remediation. Focus on consulting as an expert to develop and influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs, and providing expertise to senior leadership on innovative Data Management solutions.

Location: Hybrid (Charlotte, NC). Must be eligible for W2 employment in the US.

Salary: $11,200/month

What you will do

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges across multiple areas.
• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions.
• Strategically engage with personnel to drive data management initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management.
• Expertise in data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of data lineage, data flow, and metadata management.
• Experience with data quality rules, scoring, monitoring, and remediation processes.
• Must be eligible for W2 employment only.
