What you will do
- Assist in conducting funnel and user behavior analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
- Support the development of hypotheses based on data insights, research, and industry best practices.
- Help design test plans and coordinate the execution of A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement and QA test variations.
- Analyze experiment results using statistical methods and contribute to documenting insights.
- Maintain accurate records of tests and outcomes to support cross-team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience (internship, freelance, or entry-level role) in CRO, digital marketing, data analysis, or UI/UX.
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and digital analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Foundational understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to create mockups that align with brand standards.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRO platforms like Growthbook, VWO, or Optimizely.
- Basic design skills using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Previous experience working remotely or within cross-functional teams.
- Interest in subscription-based business models.
