TL;DR

Performance Marketing Manager (Ecommerce): Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns for international D2C brands with an accent on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and data-driven ROI. Focus on scaling pipeline revenue, implementing full-funnel strategies, and delivering quantifiable growth results.

Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia. International relocation support can be agreed upon.

Salary: 1500-2500 EUR gross per month

What you will do

  • Manage large-scale international campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display, Discovery) and Meta Ads.
  • Take responsibility for the delivery of quantifiable results and optimize campaigns based on specific client business goals.
  • Manage relationships and communicate strategy and performance to senior management of client portfolios.
  • Create detailed reports in PowerPoint and other formats to guide digital marketing tactics and strategy.
  • Collaborate on creating internal knowledge bases and external blog articles in your area of expertise.

Requirements

  • English: C1 level required (written and oral).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing D2C E-commerce marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Meta Ads (Catalog Ads, ASC+ and other campaign types).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for numerical data synthesis.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Bratislava, Slovakia.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Shopify.
  • Knowledge of running paid campaigns on TikTok, Pinterest, or Reddit.
