Senior Financial Business System Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Financial Business System Analyst (Finance): Taking ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems, and playing a key role in the rollout of a new company-wide ERP system with an accent on system administration, process improvements, and automation. Focus on building, optimizing, and troubleshooting load rules, business rules, and calculation scripts, and overseeing the intercompany rebilling process.

What you will do

• Serve as champion and administrator for financial planning, consolidation, and reporting tools.
• Continuously and proactively improve financial systems and manage implementations/updates.
• Drive process automation and enhance the end-user experience.
• Support monthly forecast, budget, and month-end close cycles.
• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial data loads with validation checks.
• Oversee the intercompany rebilling process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning/reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion Essbase, Oracle planning tools).
• Previous involvement in large-scale system projects.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• English: C1 required.
