Salary: 12 500 – 18 000 PLN (B2B) or 10 400 – 15 000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment) monthly

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the analytics codebase and reporting layer covering the full customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations for business planning, pricing, and product development.
• Build comprehensive reports, advanced analytical models (including ML), and dashboards for data-informed decision-making.
• Partner with Customer Success to design churn prevention strategies and identify cross/upsell opportunities.
• Support Finance and RevOps teams in revenue forecasting and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Understanding of statistical analysis techniques and methodology.
• Ability to work remotely from Poland.
