What you will do

• Produce analysis on macro/micro trends, consumer insights, and market feedback to identify innovation opportunities.
• Track market shares and competitive launches, developing clear reports for strategic decision-making.
• Support Product Managers on packaging design and formula development, closely coordinating with R&D, agencies, and suppliers.
• Co-create concept designs in line with product benefits, trends, consumer insights, brand image, and business priorities.
• Assist Product Managers in daily operational tasks from markets and cross-functional departments.

Requirements

• Mandatory English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Enjoy team working, collaboration, and comfortable with collaborators.
• Digital-centric mindset and awareness of the latest make-up trends.
• Previous experience in marketing in the beauty sector is highly appreciated.
