Location: Hybrid, 4 days in the office in León, Spain, 1 day working from home per week

What you will do

• Process bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team.
• Analyze and document control frameworks and payroll processing guidance for each country.
• Manage relationships with various stakeholders and payroll providers to ensure end-to-end process excellence.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Perform reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls and stay up to date with local regulations.
• Support Finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience processing payroll across multiple countries.
• Experience working with a global payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay.
• Ability to take ownership of payroll processes.
• Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup and other formulas).
