Salary: $181,900.00 - $325,050.00 USD

What you will do

• Function as a thought leader and GenAI product evangelist for the Ovid brand.
• Guide product teams, SMEs, AI data scientists, and engineers to develop platform roadmaps.
• Manage rapid experiments with new GenAI technologies and Ovid content to identify new product concepts.
• Conduct customer research, market segmentation, and strategic partnerships to understand evolving market needs.
• Contribute to annual corporate planning, financial planning, and market strategies for Health Research.
• Represent Ovid and communicate its GenAI applications at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) and residency required.
• Minimum 3 years in medical and clinical practice.
• Minimum 5 years in medical and clinical research, including published articles.
• Minimum 3 years in technology applications to medical research or clinical practices.
• Demonstrated success as a medical researcher and an AI expert in product strategy and development.
• Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical/clinical practice and research, and product development using GenAI technologies.
• Expertise in creating and implementing product strategies leveraging GenAI.
• Strong perspective on GenAI and LLM impact on medical/clinical research.
• Experience in agent development and agentic workflow design, including prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with established product development processes (Lean Development, SVPG, OKR).
