What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of B2B merchants
- Monitor and analyse key payment metrics like approval rates, conversion, and transaction volumes
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements across payment methods, geographies, and configurations
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to expand client product usage and markets
- Partner with product, tech, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews with insights and strategic recommendations
- Ensure seamless client experience across onboarding, integration, and operations
Requirements
- Fluent English and Russian
- 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development
- Background in fintech, payments, acquiring, PSP, or related industries
- Understanding of payment flows, merchant lifecycle, and transaction metrics
- Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Ability to manage complex client relationships and translate business needs into solutions
