Location: Hybrid in Cyprus

What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of B2B merchants
  • Monitor and analyse key payment metrics like approval rates, conversion, and transaction volumes
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements across payment methods, geographies, and configurations
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to expand client product usage and markets
  • Partner with product, tech, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct regular business reviews with insights and strategic recommendations
  • Ensure seamless client experience across onboarding, integration, and operations

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Russian
  • 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development
  • Background in fintech, payments, acquiring, PSP, or related industries
  • Understanding of payment flows, merchant lifecycle, and transaction metrics
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships and translate business needs into solutions
