Location: Remote (ideally overlapping with Dubai/Europe time zones)

What you will do

  • Source, pitch, and onboard new referral partners across various regions and verticals.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 40+ existing partners, removing blockers and maintaining activity.
  • Own and optimize key partner channel metrics, including conversion and revenue contribution.
  • Negotiate and structure commission and incentive terms for partners.
  • Develop long-term partnership strategies, including segmentation, tiering, and community building.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and share partner insights with product and sales teams.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in partnership, agency, or affiliate sales within payments, fintech, crypto, or forex.
  • Proven experience building and managing referral or agent networks.
  • Strong sales skills with proficiency in cold outreach and high-volume communication.
  • Fluent English and Russian.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
