We are seeking an experienced Backend Python Engineer with strong product development expertise to join our engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building scalable backend systems using Python and modern frameworks, along with proven experience delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs using FastAPI
• Develop and manage database models and queries using SQLAlchemy
• Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of backend systems
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• Contribute to architecture decisions and best engineering practices
• Take ownership of modules and ensure timely project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Python with hands-on backend development experience
• Solid experience with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Familiarity with the Azure cloud ecosystem (App Services, Storage, CI/CD, etc.)
• Experience in building and maintaining production-grade applications
• Proven project delivery experience in product-based environments
