What you will do

• Lead and develop a dedicated team centered around design/creative art working.
• Manage the OLIVER team on-site, providing direction, key decision-making, support, and guidance.
• Conduct research into industry best practices to inform and enhance project outcomes.
• Assist in briefing and reviewing studio outputs to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Manage and develop all toolkits.
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality visual outcomes – line management of 4.

Requirements

• Experience in the property or residential sector (client or agency side), particularly in marketing, brand development, land, sustainability, or technical departments beneficial.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, coupled with the ability to inspire and lead a creative team.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to suggest improvements.
• A consumer-first approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Creative ability with strong Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
