What you will do
- Drive financial modeling and planning across markets, leading marketing P&L forecasting and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, build business cases, and validate hypotheses through experimentation.
- Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, partnering with Business Units on strategy formation and objective-setting.
- Deliver structured, actionable insights from a cross-channel perspective, challenging the status quo and surfacing new opportunities.
- Manage alignment with functional leads and senior leadership, translating analytical output into meaningful business actions.
- Lead a diverse portfolio of strategic projects spanning multiple business units, driving execution from concept through impact measurement.
- Partner with Data Analysts and Scientists to convert data insights into holistic marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in strategic, financial, or analytical roles within a digital/tech environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or similar.
- Deep understanding of diverse user acquisition strategies, channel economics, and marketing investments.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, driving alignment and action.
- Proficiency in using a data-driven approach to identify business opportunities and make strategic decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent data storytelling abilities for a wide range of audiences.
- English: B2 required.

- Strong command of financial modeling, planning, and analysis, including P&L management and marketing spend optimization.
- Excellent project management skills, particularly in agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with various digital marketing channels and strategies.
