What you will do

• Conduct end-to-end data analysis, including problem definition, data preprocessing, and statistical validation.
• Quantify the impact of product releases and changes using before/after analyses, sizing, and hypothesis testing.
• Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with Data Science teams to assess algorithmic changes and translate technical results into clear business recommendations.
• Present insights and recommendations regularly to the product team and management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a gap year, end-of-studies, or career change internship (6 months, starting July 2026).
• Strong analytical mindset with rigorous problem definition, logical reasoning, and structured thinking.
• Solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing and confidence intervals.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Professional level of English required to collaborate with international teams and present findings.

Nice to have

• Python experience.
• Experience with exploratory data analysis/preprocessing (data cleaning, normalization, outlier management).
• Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase or equivalent) and data visualization best practices.
• Comfortable using AI tools critically (able to explain, challenge, and correct AI-generated outputs).
