What you will do

• Actively attract and onboard new AI creators to the platform.
• Launch and develop the Discord community, establishing guidelines and culture.
• Maintain a daily presence in the community, providing support and moderation.
• Organize regular community activities, including AMAs and creator showcases.
• Collect structured feedback from the community and relay it to the product team.
• Own and manage the social media presence (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube) and run email campaigns focused on creators.

Requirements

• Experience in community management and content marketing, particularly for creator audiences.
• Proven ability to attract, onboard, and engage communities.
• Excellent communication skills, inspiring action and belief in new media formats.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube) and email marketing.
• English: B2 required.
