Position: Influencer Marketing Specialist
Company: UX pilot Format: Remote, Full Time Salary: up to $42k annually
UX Pilot is an AI-powered design platform that enables designers, product managers, and teams to create high-quality UX/UI designs in minutes. With 60 000 monthly signups and $5.3M ARR, we're transforming how digital products are designed - from initial concept to production-ready mockups.
Responsibilities
1. Influencer Partnerships (Primary Focus)
- Scout & Connect: You will own our relationship with the creator ecosystem, specifically on YouTube. You’ll identify educators and influencers who align with our brand.
- Manage Campaigns: From initial outreach to negotiating sponsorships and reviewing draft videos, you ensure UX Pilot is showcased authentically.
- Relationship Building: You aren't just sending cold DMs; you are building long-term relationships with the voices that designers trust.
2. Lifecycle & Email Marketing
- Nurture Campaigns: Create and optimize email sequences that turn sign-ups into active users (onboarding, feature announcements, newsletters).
- Retention: Collaborate with Product to communicate value to existing customers and reduce churn.
- Experimentation & Opportunity Scouting
- Creative Strategy: Proactively identify new growth levers and trends before they become obvious. You have the freedom to propose and execute new ideas.
- Support Product Initiatives: Act as a "right hand" of the Product team on diverse growth experiments.
- Multitasking: Be ready to jump into new channels/initiatives or learn new tools as the company strategy evolves.
Requirements
- Mandatory: 2+ Years of previous experience working with SaaS or Tech products (B2B or B2C).
- Creative & Proactive: You don't wait for a task list; you look at the market, see an opportunity, and say, "We should try this."
- T-Shaped Marketer: You have broad knowledge across SEO, Content, and Community, with deep expertise in at least one.
- High Autonomy: You don't need to be micro-managed. You set your own deadlines and deliver.
- Community First: You understand how to talk to designers and product people (no "salesy" jargon).
- Execution Mindset: You are happy reviewing a blog post in the morning, setting up an email automation at lunch, and moderating Discord in the afternoon.
- Bonus: Experience with video content (YouTube) or managing influencer partnerships.

- Comfy with AI tools: You are proficient with AI tools to streamline your workflow, maximize output, and stay ahead of the curve.
