What you will do

• Own and manage paid traffic generation to deliver eCommerce commercial ambition.
• Develop and execute eCommerce media mix strategy.
• Align with the EC team on marketing/sales calendar and merchandizing priorities.
• Gain traffic and market share from competition through paid search, display, and other EC platform products.
• Monitor and optimize EC paid traffic inventory and sales performance.
• Manage TP agency for paid traffic optimization and support budget planning.

Requirements

• English: Written level for reporting and presentation required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in EC paid media planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of main EC paid media platforms including Alimama's (直通车, 超级钻展, 超级推荐, 万相台), JD's (快车, 触点, 信息流), and Douyin's (千川).
• Solid SEM / programmatic display expertise and agency management experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.

Nice to have

• Solid experience in an eCommerce role within FMCG / cosmetics / fashion.
• Solid experience in collaboration with Tmall / JD.
