What you will do

• Design and implement targeted business strategies for the China region, aligning with global objectives and identifying growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budget and align strategies with clear revenue targets, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams.
• Optimize the client onboarding journey using data and user insights, partnering with product, design, and marketing operations.
• Act as the marketing lead for the region, ensuring cross-functional alignment in go-to-market execution.
• Serve as an internal advocate for the China region, sharing market insights and recommendations with leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a regional marketing or country manager role focused on China.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies across acquisition, CRM, and funnel optimization.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical approach using data and insights to guide strategy and improve performance.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential.

• BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
