What you will do

  • Grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, consistently surpassing revenue goals while delivering meaningful impact for customers.
  • Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges and positioning hirify.global as a partner that drives measurable business results.
  • Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, securing strategic wins and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities, strengthen retention, and expand customer success.
  • Drive net revenue retention by identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build strategic account plans, strengthen executive relationships, and deliver consistent forecasting and revenue execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in software sales, with a track record of success in growing existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell strategies, and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Proven ability to design and execute account plans while engaging confidently with executives, technical experts, and operational teams alike.
  • Skilled in building strong business cases and ROI stories that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, listening, and communication skills that foster value-driven, collaborative conversations.
  • Familiarity with the CRM, CX, or ITSM space is a strong plus, though a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
