SAP FICO Functional Lead (SAP FICO): Act as the primary point of contact for SAP functional modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Procurement, engaging with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Focus on reviewing and validating functional designs, managing change requests, overseeing testing activities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.

Location: Hybrid (2x onsite per week in BGC Taguig, Philippines)

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP functional modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement).
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Translate business needs into high-level functional specifications for detailed design and configuration.
• Review and validate functional designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage change requests, enhancements, and incident resolutions.
• Oversee testing activities (UAT, integration testing) and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Provide guidance on the SAP roadmap, upgrades, and support audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP experience, with a strong background in SAP FICO.
• Proven experience in fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution validation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP processes and integration points.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with managed services or outsourcing partners.

Nice to have

• Project management experience in SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
