Technical Operations Manager, DV+ (AdTech): Providing technical support and troubleshooting for clients using hirify.global's DV+ platform, including integration of publishers and DSPs with an accent on complex technical issues. Focus on collaborating with Product Management to maintain and develop best-in-class product standing.

Location: Hybrid schedule with two days worked remotely (Monday and Friday) and three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in New York, Los Angeles, or Boston.

Salary: $75,000 - $105,000

What you will do

• Provide technical support for clients using hirify.global’s DV+ platform.
• Integrate publishers and DSPs.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in clients’ set up.
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure hirify.global’s DV+ product maintains and develops its best-in-class standing.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in the AdTech industry.
• Experience working with publishers in an in-app environment.
• Proficient with Excel and SQL.
• Ability to think strategically and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to uncover root issues and guide clients to solutions.
• Solid understanding of the AdTech ecosystem (GAM, Prebid, OpenRTB, SSPs, DSPs etc).
