Salary: USD $77,360.00 – USD $205,280.00 /Yr

What you will do

  • Align hirify.global technology solutions with customer digital transformation initiatives, leveraging business and industry insights.
  • Provide coaching and technical guidance on technology profiles and strategies.
  • Coordinate efforts to resolve blockers to solution implementation and contribute to roadmaps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to internal product and engineering teams.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer success and retention, developing best practices and facilitating enablement sessions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or related technical/sales/industry experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience, OR Master's Degree AND 1+ year, OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to serve business or client needs.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • 8+ years experience in technical consulting or related.
  • 1+ year experience in digital transformation using software modernization.
  • 1+ year experience in business consulting or customer-facing roles.
  • 3+ years' experience orchestrating technical, support, and/or partner teams.
  • Knowledge of application security programs and secure software development practices.
