What you will do

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
• Influence and evolve the organization’s technology strategy and architecture.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to solve highly complex technical challenges.
• Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies (e.g., LLMs) to modernize and optimize the tech stack.
• Provide deep technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to engineers.
• Own end-to-end solutions, including test automation, as part of an Agile SCRUM team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Java-based technologies.
• Strong experience designing and implementing relational database solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with Web Services and Serialization (JSON, SOAP, REST, XML).
• Expertise in writing optimized and scalable database queries.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a senior technical leader within engineering teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
