What you will do
- Lead a high-impact product initiative as a technical leader, contributing across engineering facets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate rapidly and align products with the company's mission.
- Partner with leadership to establish technical standards and create scalable software architecture.
- Break down complex requirements into manageable deliverables and prioritize project timelines.
- Identify process improvements and cultivate a deep understanding of products and users.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs in complex project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally in healthcare, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy and decision-making.
- Experience in startup environments, comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, mental-health tech, or applied AI/ML.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Ruby, and/or Python.
