Location: Remote from Bulgaria or Poland, or onsite in Cluj-Napoca, Krakow, Larnaca, Lodz, Lublin, Riga, Sofia, Varna, Warsaw, or Wroclaw. All positions are within Europe.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and review.
• Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics with business and technology partners.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining mitigation plans.
• Facilitate communication across business, engineering, compliance, and vendor groups.
• Prepare project documentation and status reporting for working groups and steering committees.
• Ensure alignment with financial and regulatory standards and organizational priorities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in financial services or a finance-intensive environment.
• Understanding of financial processes including investment management, trading, asset management, and compliance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex multi-phase initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including work with senior leadership.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks.
• Background in process optimization or operational excellence.
