What you will do
- Plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively.

- Track project KPIs and provide regular status reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT/software development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ people.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2+).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other PM tools.
- Proven risk management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budget and timeline management.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or fintech projects.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
- Technical background in software development.
