What you will do

• Plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication.
• Track project KPIs and provide regular status reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in IT/software development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ people.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other PM tools.
• Proven risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budget and timeline management.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or fintech projects.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Technical background in software development.
• Experience with distributed/remote teams.
