What you will do

• Lead strategic ERP implementation projects with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Deliver enterprise transformation initiatives across ERP, Finance, and HR/People systems.
• Define project scope, objectives, and benefits realisation plans aligned to business strategy.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Establish governance forums including steering committees and working groups.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and organisational change management activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering medium-to-large scale ERP transformation and business change programmes.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Demonstrable experience managing budgets, business cases, risks, and vendor contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary business and IT teams.
• Impeccable communication skills with proven experience communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
