What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through measurable outcomes.
• Define and evolve APIs, SDKs, and AI systems for personalization and experimentation.
• Partner with Engineering on system design, architecture, and long-term technical direction.
• Drive product decisions that support personalization at scale, including agentic and automated optimization approaches.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and prospects to understand needs and validate solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, extensible solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager shipping complex B2B SaaS products.
• Strong technical product management skills, with experience on APIs, SDKs, or data- and platform-oriented products.
• Ability to engage deeply with engineers on technical design, constraints, and trade-offs.
• Domain experience in personalization, experimentation, or optimization.
• Strong customer empathy and experience working with enterprise marketers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Clear, structured communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
