Salary: $28–30/hour depending on education level

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the knowledge base content for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align knowledge strategies and KPIs.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Curate and validate AI-generated content ensuring compliance with data privacy and ethical standards.
• Support AI optimization tasks including data cleaning, tagging, classification, and fact-checking.
• Lead a capstone project focused on driving web strategies to reduce queries and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation by May 2027
• Fluent in English
• Understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and R programming languages.
• Experience with data processing, analysis, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Effective communication and customer-focused problem-solving skills.
