What you will do

• Drive day-to-day planning and execution for live events, offers, and seasonal moments.
• Translate Live Ops strategy into clear scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, design, engineering, QA, art, economy, monetization, data, and release teams.
• Own launch readiness, including checklists, quality gates, risk visibility, and managing last-minute changes.
• Facilitate the operating rhythm through planning, execution syncs, risk reviews, and post-mortems.
• Improve the Live Ops pipeline by identifying friction and driving process and tooling enhancements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of production experience, ideally on live service games with frequent live events or seasonal beats.
• 2+ years using Agile practices for iterative planning and delivery.
• Experience shipping live operations content (events, offers, battle passes, calendars) in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning and execution fundamentals: scope, milestones, dependency mapping, and risk management.
• Clear communication skills to align stakeholders and unblock teams.
• English: Resume must be in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with collection RPGs, gacha systems, and progression-heavy economies.
• Familiarity with live-config driven systems, live tuning, and structured release cadences.
• Experience partnering with Monetization and Economy on offer strategy and event design.
