Location: Novato, California, United States. This role is expected to be hybrid and some travel will be required. The pay range for this position in California is expected to be between $133,900 to $198,160 per year.

• Guide delivery for multiple projects, maintaining, prioritizing, and managing backlogs.

• Manage internal and external resources to define and adhere to strict production schedules.
• Provide thorough and timely communication on developing issues.
• Collaborate with hirify.global IT, QA, Core Tech, and other departments to ensure smooth project operation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in project management principles, methodologies, and tools, including Agile, Kanban, SCRUM, traditional waterfall, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proven project management experience in a software development environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and structure information.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and an inclination for planning.
• Adept at quickly picking up new technologies and adapting to new methods and processes.
• Driven, proactive, self-starter, and quick learner.
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience developing tech for internal customers in entertainment.
• Gaming industry experience, mainly working on AAA titles.
