TL;DR

Account Director: Overseeing client relationships and marketing strategy for a B2B client, with an accent on brand guardianship, commercial growth, and financial control. Focus on leading a hybrid team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence across multiple channels.

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with 3 days per week in the Farringdon office.

What you will do

  • Act as Brand Guardian and ensure positive client experience through seamless collaboration.
  • Lead the account team, serving as a single point of contact and coordinating with regional marketing heads.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and execute marketing strategy.
  • Champion creative excellence, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage overall financial control of accounts, including profitability, forecasting, and fee negotiation.
  • Drive commercial growth targets for the account and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with a B2B client or regulated industry (high net worth decisions, finance).
  • Excellent client engagement, account leadership, financial, and commercial acumen.
  • Proven track record of commercial growth in new and existing business.
  • First-rate communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop junior team members.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular in-office presence in London.

Nice to have

  • Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to studio output.
  • Experience in social and digital first accounts.
