What you will do
- Act as Brand Guardian and ensure positive client experience through seamless collaboration.
- Lead the account team, serving as a single point of contact and coordinating with regional marketing heads.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and execute marketing strategy.
- Champion creative excellence, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.
- Manage overall financial control of accounts, including profitability, forecasting, and fee negotiation.
- Drive commercial growth targets for the account and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience with a B2B client or regulated industry (high net worth decisions, finance).
- Excellent client engagement, account leadership, financial, and commercial acumen.
- Proven track record of commercial growth in new and existing business.
- First-rate communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and develop junior team members.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular in-office presence in London.
Nice to have
- Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to studio output.
- Experience in social and digital first accounts.
